The Croatian Postal Bank Inc. was founded in October, 1991 as a universal banking organization. It is authorized to conduct all banking/business operations both domestically and abroad.
The founding company and the bank's majority shareholder until 2001 was the Croatian Post and Telecom (HPT), when the newly founded Croatian Post took over.
