Banco Popolare Croatia is today a modern universal bank with international background, constantly developing and offering a broad range of products and services to its clients.

The Bank operates a network of 36 branches across Croatia, employs staff of 300 and services over 72.000 clients, holding total assets of 2,4 billion kuna and a base capital of cca. 275 million kuna.

Banco Popolare Croatia cooperates with all relevant state institutions and business associations: the Croatian Banking Association, the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Croatian Agency for Small Business, the Croatian Exporters, the Croatian Development and Employment Fund, the Ministry of Tourism, the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development and the Alliance for Energy Zagreb.

Banco Popolare Croatia is registered at the Commercial Court in Zagreb Company's share capital amounts to HRK 88.830.000,00, paid in full.

The share capital consists of 159.460 ordinary registered shares, each in nominal amount of HRK 500,00 and 18,200 (preference registered shares in nominal amount of HRK 500,00 each).
