History of Karlovačka banka dates back since 1872 when the Karlovac savings bank was founded, a predecessor of Karlovačka banka founded in 1954.
Today the Bank's headquarters are in Karlovac, whose foundations were built back in 1940. Business network currently consists of 23 outlets in five branches in Karlovac, Zagreb, Rijeka, Split and Kutina.
That is, five branches in the city of Karlovac, Duga Resa, Draganić Žakanje, Netretić, Ozalj, Jastrebarskom, Slunj, Topusko, Korenica, Ogulin, Jurovskom brodu, Zagreb, Sesvete, Vinogradska hospital in Zagreb, Kutina, Rijeka, Split and Ploče.
Chairman of the Board's Sandi Sola, and a member Marijana Trpčić - Reškovac. Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Daniel Žamboki, and other members are: Goran Vukšić, Ivica Horvat, Darko Tipuric and Dr. Josip Paladino.
